Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Odoo Software Developer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Odoo ERP development, including the design, implementation, and maintenance of Odoo modules. You will be responsible for developing customized solutions to enhance our business processes and ensuring seamless integration with other systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Odoo modules, features, and functionalities to meet business requirements.
• Customize and maintain existing Odoo modules based on client requirements.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and services using APIs.
• Perform thorough testing and debugging of Odoo modules to ensure high-quality and bug-free code.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Odoo-related issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to deliver comprehensive Odoo solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest Odoo features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve the development process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Odoo Developer, with a strong portfolio of completed Odoo projects.
• Proficiency in Python programming language.
• In-depth knowledge of Odoo framework, including Odoo ORM, workflows, and security mechanisms.
• Experience with PostgreSQL database management.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ERP systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Odoo.sh and Odoo Enterprise edition.
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Experience in integrating Odoo with e-commerce platforms and payment gateways.
• Certification in Odoo development.
