Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Odoo Functional Consultant for our Dubai office. The primary responsibility of this role will be to gather and analyze business requirements and develop custom solutions within the Odoo ERP system. The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create functional specifications and test plans, and provide support during system deployment and user training.


We are looking for individuals who would like to further their careers in the Technical Industry. This position will be a blend between a functional consultaht and a project manager. You will be working with a team that is responsible for implementing projects and for helping Odoo customers with the use of their Odoo business apps.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management

Organize and follow up on Odoo implementations

Analyze customer needs

Help with the configuration of the software

Deliver functional training sessions (prepare materials)

Negotiate the required resources

Follow and check the development aspect


MUST HAVE


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

+2 years of experience in Odoo ERP modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, and Manufacturing

Ability to understand business processes

Fluent in English and Arabic

Problem solver, Solution-oriented Accountancy Qualification

Previous experience working with all forms of financial accounts within an organization

Affinity with the IT world

You'll work on several different projects at the same time. You won't have time to get bored as each project is different, depending on the type of industry your client works in or the type of apps that need to be implemented.
