Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Implementor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Odoo ERP and be capable of implementing customized solutions to enhance our clients' business operations. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and ensure successful Odoo implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct needs assessment and business process analysis to understand client requirements.
• Configure and customize Odoo modules to align with client business processes.
• Manage the full implementation cycle from requirements gathering to go-live.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of Odoo solutions.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including user manuals and training materials.
• Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues, ensuring timely project delivery.
• Collaborate with development and support teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience with Odoo implementation, including configuration and customization.
• Strong understanding of business processes in various industries.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Experience in training and supporting end-users.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Odoo implementation.
• Experience with Odoo.sh and Odoo Enterprise edition.
• Knowledge of Python and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with data migration and system integration.
